Dennis was born in downtown Fuquay-Varina and spent his youth on ball fields and tobacco fields. He is a graduate of East Carolina University and is a founding Director of Patriot State Bank, current serving as Chairman. Dennis has served on the boards of the F-V Chamber of Commerce and the F-V Revitilization Association as well as a past president of the F-V Rotary Club. He is also a founding member of Triangle Community Church. As rising gas prices cut into his offshore fishing budget Dennis has taken up golf this past year and is working to get a respectable handicap (He has beaten Jonathan on occasion). Yes he is married to Dean and yes her name is first on the sign (she is the senior partner)! |

Born in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Dean grew up in Washington North Carolina and is a graduate of Washington High School with a BS in Education from East
Carolina University. In 2007 she enrolled in North Carolina State University and completed her graduate degree with A Masters of Accounting in 2009, then outscored Dennis on all four parts of the Uniform CPA Examination on her first attempt. She is a founding member of Triangle Community Church. When not at the office Dean enjoys travel, entertaining, baking, taking her Boston Whaler to the sandbar, and reading the latest Nicholas Sparks novel. |

She is an active member of Kennebec Baptist Church where she has served in numerous capacities. When not working Patsy enjoys time with her grandchildren, Gracie and Lexie, and travel with her family.

He graduated from North Carolina State University in 2007 with a BS in Accounting concentrated in Financial Analysis and a minor in Economics. Jonathan earned a Master of Business Administration with a Certificate in Finance from East Carolina University in 2010. During his free time, he enjoys attending NC State football and basketball games, playing golf, and saltwater fishing. Jonathan developed an early interest in the stock market and has a passion for financial planning and investment management. |
